We’re back!  After the post-Thanksgiving entry, activity picked up quickly!  This past weekend we photographed baby B, who is featured on our portfolio as a wee 2 month old.  Well, she is now almost 14 months old and a sure beauty.  I was feeling under the weather, so Dustin took over and did spectacularly.  I think you’ll agree when you see the images he captured.

The shoot was at Magee Park, home of the Carlsbad Historical Society.  Unfortunately, the Magee House and Shipley Barn were not open at the time, but it looks like a great place to explore and learn about the area’s history.  It has beautiful, open grounds, too, and is a charming location for a wedding, if any brides are considering Carlsbad!

Back to the subject at hand, this is baby B at two months old:

She was gorgeous then, and she’s grown to be even more so!  We loved seeing her little teeth when she laughed at her mom singing Yo Gabba Gabba, and the little scrunch of her nose was delightful!

I’ll end this post with my favorite image of the session.  I hope you agree with me that Dustin hit the jackpot with this shot.  I absolutely love it.  Those cheeks! That mouth!
