Dessert first!
Author: ElveeTaking a break from processing photos from the weekend, though there will be plenty of sneak peeks to come! This weekend we spent a lot of time out and about, and it’s always great to get out and enjoy our beautiful city. We spent a lot of time at Balboa Park, where the weather was gorgeous, and there were a lot of people out. We ended Saturday at Extraordinary Desserts at the edge of Little Italy. I wanted to share a few photos of the place, because it was such a delight to all senses!
We stopped in for an early dinner and ended the meal with their Pumpkin New York Cheesecake, pictured below with a little gold leaf embellishment. Dustin was happy because he got to try Maui Brewing Co.’s Coconut Porter, which was featured on an episode of “Three Sheets” that we saw recently.

This is the sight that greets you upon entering. Doesn’t that display case make you want to just skip over everything and have dessert first?!

The dining area is modern and inviting. We were lucky to stop in early enough that it wasn’t too crowded yet.

If you’re in San Diego and have a free evening, grab a loved one and indulge your dessert cravings here. There’s something for every sweet tooth.
